Microneedling with radiofrequency drives energy below the surface through insulated needles, remodelling scar tissue and stimulating collagen while leaving the surface largely intact. It is the workhorse for acne scarring, open pores and stretch marks — done as a course of three to six sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart.
