Hinjewadi

Physiotherapy in Hinjewadi, Pune

Pain that has not settled on its own — a shoulder that will not lift, a back that flares after an hour at a desk, a knee that gives way on stairs. Our physiotherapists assess how the joint actually moves before treating it, then combine hands-on therapy with a graded exercise plan you keep doing between sessions.

62 treatments across 8 areas of care.

What are you being treated for?

Musculoskeletal & Orthopedic

Joint, muscle and spine pain — frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, arthritis, sciatica, slip disc, and knee, heel or back pain that keeps returning. Treatment pairs manual therapy and electrotherapy with a progressive exercise plan built around what the assessment finds, not around a standard package.

  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Tennis Elbow / Golfer's Elbow
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Wrist Pain

  • Paralysis Rehabilitation
  • Bell's Palsy / Facial Palsy
  • Parkinson's Disease

Cardio-Pulmonary

Breathlessness, a chest that will not clear, or recovery after heart surgery, COPD, asthma or COVID. Chest physiotherapy and structured breathing work rebuild lung capacity and stamina at a pace your symptoms and your consultant allow.

  • Post-Heart Surgery Rehabilitation
  • Asthma Management
  • COPD Rehabilitation
  • Breathing Exercises

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

ACL and ligament tears, tendon injuries, muscle strains, ankle sprains and runner's knee. Rehab is staged to the tissue's healing timeline and ends with sport-specific testing, so returning to play is a decision based on measurements rather than on how the injury feels that day.

  • ACL & Ligament Injuries
  • Tendon Injuries
  • Muscle Tears
  • Runner's Knee

Women's Health

Antenatal and postnatal exercise, posture correction after delivery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, urinary incontinence and menopause-related symptoms. Sessions are one-to-one in a private treatment room, and the programme is adjusted at each stage of pregnancy or recovery.

  • Prenatal Exercise Programs
  • Postnatal Rehabilitation
  • Postpartum Posture Correction
  • Menopause Management

Geriatric Rehabilitation

Stiff joints, unsteadiness, general weakness, and the loss of confidence that follows a fall. Balance training, strength work and arthritis management aimed squarely at independence at home — your own stairs, your own chair, your own bathroom.

  • Arthritis Management
  • Joint Stiffness
  • Balance Training
  • Fall Prevention

Posture & Lifestyle Correction

Neck and back pain that comes from how you sit, type and stand — text neck, desk strain, repetitive strain injury, and scoliosis, kyphosis or lordosis. We assess your posture and your workstation, then correct both with targeted strengthening and ergonomic changes you can make the same week.

  • Poor Posture Correction
  • Text Neck Syndrome
  • Work-from-Home & Office Ergonomics
  • Repetitive Strain Injuries

8 treatments

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Structured recovery after knee or hip replacement, shoulder surgery, spine surgery or a fracture. The programme follows your surgeon's protocol — range of movement restored first, strength after — with milestones measured rather than assumed.

  • Shoulder Replacement

Questions patients ask us

Do I need a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy?

No. You can request an assessment directly. If we believe you need a medical opinion before we start, we will tell you at the consultation.

How long is a typical session?

Most physiotherapy and beauty sessions run 45–60 minutes. Your first consultation is longer because it includes a full assessment.

Do you offer packages?

Yes, for treatments that genuinely need a course of sessions. We only recommend a package after the assessment — never before.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes. Details and directions are on the contact page.

Do you treat post-operative patients?

Yes. Please bring your operative notes and any imaging to the first appointment so we can plan safely around your surgeon’s protocol.

Not sure which treatment you need?

Book a consultation. We will assess, explain your options honestly, and quote before anything starts.
