Frozen Shoulder Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune

Frozen shoulder is a gradual loss of shoulder movement, usually with pain that is worse at night and a stiffness that limits reaching behind you or overhead. It typically moves through distinct stages, and what helps in one can aggravate another — so we assess which stage your shoulder is in before starting, then combine hands-on mobilisation with a graded home programme.

Frozen Shoulder treatment at O2 Revive, Hinjewadi, Pune

The signs we look for

  • Shoulder pain that is worse at night, often waking you
  • Difficulty reaching behind your back — a bra strap, a back pocket, a seatbelt
  • Struggling to reach overhead into a cupboard or to dry your hair
  • Stiffness that has come on gradually rather than after a single injury
  • Pain when the arm is moved suddenly or unexpectedly

What treatment achieves

  • Restored range so everyday reaching stops being a calculation
  • Better sleep as night pain settles
  • A home programme that keeps the range you regain between sessions
  • Clarity on which stage you are in, and what will and will not help now

The clinician who will see you first

A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.

Dr. Priya Trivedi

Founder & Clinical Director

Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

What most people can expect

Frozen shoulder follows a long course and most people improve steadily rather than suddenly. Night pain usually settles before range returns, which can be discouraging if nobody has told you to expect it. Progress depends heavily on doing the home programme, because a shoulder regains range through frequent gentle movement rather than through the session alone.

Recovery varies between individuals. Your clinician will give you a realistic timeline at your assessment.

Questions we get asked

Common symptoms include: Shoulder pain, which may be worse at night Increasing stiffness in the shoulder Difficulty raising the arm Difficulty reaching behind your back Reduced shoulder movement in several directions Difficulty performing everyday activities.

What causes frozen shoulder?
