Neck Pain (Cervical) Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune
Neck pain can be a stiff joint, an irritated nerve root, or overworked muscles — and each behaves differently. Most often it is muscles working too hard to hold up a head that sits habitually forward. We test movement, strength and nerve response to separate them, then treat with hands-on mobilisation and a strengthening programme for the deep neck muscles that support the posture.

The signs we look for
- Stiffness turning your head to check a blind spot
- Aching between the shoulder blades that builds through the day
- Headaches that start at the base of the skull
- Pain, pins and needles or weakness travelling into the arm
- Symptoms worse after a day at a screen
What treatment achieves
- Freer, less guarded neck movement
- Fewer neck-related headaches
- Endurance in the deep neck muscles, which is what holds the change
- A workstation and habit review so the load actually reduces

The clinician who will see you first
“A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.”
Dr. Priya Trivedi
Founder & Clinical Director
Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

What most people can expect
Neck pain from joints and muscles usually responds quickly. Where a nerve root is irritated — arm symptoms, pins and needles, weakness — it settles more slowly and in a recognisable order: arm symptoms ease before the neck does. Anything involving progressive weakness is assessed for a medical opinion first.
Recovery varies between individuals. Your clinician will give you a realistic timeline at your assessment.
