Sciatica Treatment in Hinjewadi, Pune
Sciatica is pain travelling down the leg from an irritated or compressed nerve root in the low back, sometimes with numbness, tingling or weakness. The priority is settling the nerve and finding the positions that ease it, before rebuilding the strength and movement the back lost while you were guarding it. We will tell you plainly if the pattern needs a medical opinion first.

The signs we look for
- Pain travelling from the low back or buttock down the leg
- Pins and needles or numbness in the leg or foot
- Pain worse on sitting, coughing or sneezing
- Weakness pushing off, or a foot that catches when walking
- A position that clearly eases it, and one that clearly does not
What treatment achieves
- Leg symptoms settling — usually the first thing to improve
- Positions and movements that reduce your symptoms, identified early
- Strength and movement rebuilt after the guarding
- Clear guidance on the signs that warrant a medical opinion

The clinician who will see you first
“A patient who does the right movement ten times a day beats a patient who comes to the clinic three times a week and does nothing in between. Every time.”
Dr. Priya Trivedi
Founder & Clinical Director
Seventeen years and more than three and a half thousand patients have taught me one thing: people do not want to be sold a treatment. They want to be understood, told the truth about what is possible, and then treated properly. O2 Revive grew out of that — I built it so a patient recovering from a knee replacement and a client planning her brows could walk into the same calm room and both be looked after by someone qualified to decide what they actually need.

What most people can expect
Sciatica improves for most people without surgery, and it improves in a recognisable pattern: leg pain retreats towards the back before it disappears, which is a good sign even though the back may still ache. Numbness can be the slowest to resolve. Progressive weakness, or any change in bladder or bowel control, needs urgent medical assessment — not physiotherapy.
Recovery varies between individuals. Your clinician will give you a realistic timeline at your assessment.
